ECAC/Bauer Player of the Week
 
Jed Whitchurch (Colgate)
Junior, Center (St. Thomas, Ontario)
        The ECAC's leading scorer tallied nine assists in back-to-back
wins for the Red Raiders.  Whitchurch had four assists in a 7-0 win at
Vermont and five more in a 7-2 victory at Dartmouth.  He has tallied a
league-leading 14 points in his last four games and has one goal and 15
assists this season.
 
ECAC/Bauer Rookie of the Week
 
Cory Murphy (Colgate)
Defenseman (Kanta, Ontario)
        Murphy becomes the ECA's first two-time Rookie of the Week this
season after tallying six assists in the two Red Raider victories.  Murphy
leads all ECAC freshmen and defensemen in overall and league scoring with
one goal and seven points.
 
ECAC/Heaton Goaltenders of the Week
 
Jason Elliott (Cornell)
Senior (Chapman, Australia)
        Elliott made 34 saves in a 4-1 win at Dartmouth and 32 saves in a
1-1 ties at Vermont.  Elliott owns 1.71 GAA in league play this season.
 
Dan Brenzavich (Colgate)
Senior (Thunder Bay, Ontario)
        Brenzavich wins weekly honors for the second time this season
after posting a 30-save 7-0 shutout at Vermont and 29-save 7-2 win at
Dartmouth.  He is now 6-0 on the season.
