Harvard has a lot of speed and talent but they do not play well as a team.
In the old days Harvard was a fast starter as Cleary worked the talented
newcomers into his system of play. Under the current regime it seems that
there is really no offensive system and the offense rests on individual
efforts. Harvard is an undisciplined team that took way too many
penalties.

Brown is a vastly improved team. I can see elements of the Vermont style
in Roger Grillo's game plan. They are tough in their own zone conceding
the periphery but clogging up the slot so that close in shots, rebounds and
deflection are hard to come by. Ultimately they allowed Cornell too many
shots and the game tying goal was from the slot and the game winning goal
was a deflection. Brown plays well as a team and has an offensive concept
they try to execute in contrast to Harvard. They do break out of their
defensive zone nicely and have good movement in the transition zone trying
to set up a play in the offensive zone.
