if it is the old mag of the same name returning to print, then its only real
value is very nice photos -- their feature articles ranged from mediocre to
poor, and their stats were always well out of date and usually filled with
mistakes.
 
they also did a fine "take the money and run" on their subscribers when they
last went out of business.
 
as i say, all of this is true IF it's the same mag as the former one of the
same name, which i think printed from about 90-93.
