Two power plays

Yes

This gets complicated. Let's do a for instance. Time is time on clock,
not elapsed time
10:00 U1 2 + 2
  9:00 U2 5
  7:53 A1 goal
Power plays A1 has 3 power plays here - 2 for the 2bl minor and 1
for the major. So, if they get only the one goal, you get a 1 for 3.
Interesting thing about majors. If you score a goal, you get another
power play attempt. So if you get 2 goals on mojor you're credited as
being 2 for 3.

I think the best indicator is goals scored vs time on the PP. A team
that scores 3 goals in 3 min of PP time would be judged more "Efficient"
than a team that was 3 goals in 5:45.

10 minutes added to the players PIM total.
