This is the last posting from me on this subject (PTL).  I just talked to
the person who handles the legal issues of the logo for U of NoDak and he
said that, "any site which is non-commercial may use the logos without
permission".  His advice was to use it and not worry about the
university.  I would like to take it one step further.  Anyone who runs a
college hockey web page, please put one of the UNO logos on your page.  I
am going to put on on cob-web.com right now.
