Oh Cliff, come on now, I think Mikey knows he's got a decent chance at an
outright WCHA championship and an NCAA championship, too.  I think most
WCHA followers will agree that UND and the Gophs will duke it out for the
title, maybe even the National title.  (Alright, wishful thinking ;) )
Besides, athletes don't think they're ever going to get hurt, and a great
season and a hometown Hobey could double the offer.
