Mike Crowley on the cover. Crowley, who will be a senior, said he has
rejected the most recent contract offer from the NHL's Anaheim Mighty
Ducks and that "nothing is new, and I expect to be back at school this
season." Meanwhile, Erik Rasmussen, the Gophers sophomore who was the
No. 1 draft choice of the Buffalo Sabres last year, remains unsigned.
There is a chance that he will return to the Gophers this fall.
Rasmussen has had back problems that might delay his signing.
