I've heard this for a year now.  It just occured to me that I had a
possible source of information from listmembers.
 
 
It would make a great rumor, wouldn't it?
 
"All schools must be olympic-ice compliant by '98-'99 or they will be
suspended from tourney play through 2002."   :-P
