When someone speaks of "developing" their talent in major junior hockey as
opposed to high school hockey, their not saying that they learned how to
PLAY hockey in juniors, but merely that junior hockey is bigger, faster,
and stronger, and can give a young skater a MUCH, MUCH better idea of what
it takes to play at a professional level, and what that player will have
to do in order to "develop" to that level.
