Hmmm...care to explain this Charlie?  Also, which schools (CC, Air Force,
?, ?)?
Does that funky Mountain Standard Time zone come into play?
 
What about Boston (BC, BU, Northeastern, Harvard)?  Technically, BC is in
Chestnut Hill & Harvard is in Cambridge, but I guess we'd have to define
"city".
