We (at least I) knew a lot more about the selection rules this year than
last year (andearlier as well) and a lot more last year than the year
before that ... and not long before that no one knew anything.
 
Thank goodness for evolution - not as radical a revolution - (well maybe
no less bloodshed either).
 
It must be about time for another World War - about 25 between I and II and
already almost 50 between II and III.  Not advocating it, but won't be
surprised given the animosity and lack of respect being shown .
