The insult added to the injury of the no-call of the check from behind
against Crowley was that since the play was called due to a Gopher injury,
the face-off was moved outside the zone.  A crucial difference with less than
a minute to play.
 
No, I won't mind getting rid of Northern Michigan either.  Ever since their
fortunes took a nose dive after their National Championship, Comley's goons
have been the worst cheap shot artists in the league.  The CCHA is welcome to
them, and it's sort of a pity Jason Botterill will no longer be around to
feed them their mouthpieces.
