I understand that Time Warner Cable in Ithaca has just finalized
arrangements to carry the Empire feed during the tournament period
(and continuing for 9 days as a trial), benefiting not only to the
dish-deprived but providing live semi-final coverage for those who
only have C/Ku (Empire having gone digital in recent months).  There
are plenty of live feeds of the finals and tape delays of the semis
on C band, as have been previously posted.  An Empire backhaul of
the semis on C or Ku can't be counted on.
