Merrimack will be holding two scrimmages before the start of the
season: Wednesday, October 4 (tonight) at 6 pm, and tentatively
Saturday, October 7 at 6 pm.  The Saturday scrimmage could be moved to
the afternoon.
 
There is no admission as far as I know.  I will not be at the one
tonight, but I may make the one on Saturday.
 
It sounds like the two freshman defensemen, Grelle and Scoville, are
good enough to step in and play right away, which would give the
Warriors a defense that is 8 deep and leave Ron Anderson with some
tough decisions to make.
