Tony Buffa asked about single-digit save performances.

The lowest I could find was from the WCHA Yearbook-
6 saves accomplished twice:
George Mooney of North Dakota vs. Denver (2/19/52)
Bill Rowe of Michigan Tech. vs. Michigan State (1/14/61)

North Dakota won their game 5-4, and Michigan Tech. won
theirs 7-3.

The Hockey East Yearbook has one entry-
9 by Scott King of Maine vs. New Hampshire (1/24/87)

Maine won 10-1.

The ECAC Tournament guide has one entry-
9 by Daren Puppa of RPI vs. Princeton (1984-85)

I believe this is the first of the two game quarterfinals that
year (March 8 & 9) which RPI won 7-2. I'm not 100% sure,
though, and I have no way to check it right now.
