A possible change to that schedule, and also Bowling Green's may be the
December 14th game.  Last week the local paper here in BG had an artical
talking about Bowling Green playing Western Mich. in Las Vegas December
15th.  BGSU and Western Mich. are also members of the Mid-American
Conference, the MAC and the Big West meet each year in the Las Vegas Bowl
(football of course).  In a move to promote higher attendance, and to
make the entire event bigger the Las Vegas Convention Authority has
approached BG and Western about playing their game in Las Vegas.  The AD
here in BG along with the MAC front office have said it is almost a sure
thing.  The fine details are being worked out now.  No word from the CCHA
front office though.  It is expected that that BG's game with Mich. would
be pushed back a day or so to make the game in Las Vegas possible.
