I don't know how they're funding it; nothing about that in the press
release.  I'd guess, however, that they've committed funds plus
probably a loan.  Parts of the press release (I didn't reprint the
whole thing) talked about the need for ice time in the community,
etc. -- so my guess is they're anticipating some significant revenue
from the ice to help pay for the building.  Niagara is a private
school like Canisius, so it's VERY unlikely there are any state funds
being used for this.
