I thought Hull played for University of Minnesota-Duluth for a couple of years.
In fact, I remember ESPN doing a story on Hull and Oates facing off against
each other in the 1985 NCAA semifinals between RPI and UMD, where RPI won in
double or triple OT.  This was when Oates was playing for St. Louis.  I might
be wrong on this, but I thought the ESPN story was done during an intermission
of the 1991 NCAA championship between NMU and BU.
