Actually, Mr. Blake said he was reading the Globe that he bought in
*Florida*. That means it was a first edition of the Sunday paper. Those
come out late Saturday night. His paper was printed before the game story
was in. Trust me on this one. No conspiracy. No "marginal sports" being
pushed off the page. Had he been in Gr. Boston and able to buy the fifth
edition the locals get--or probably even the second or third--he would've
seen the game story he was looking for. My advice is to go to the same
newsstand for the Monday paper. The Globe sometimes runs stuff from the
weekend that didn't make it into the Sunday first editions.
