Even though it was BU's first loss of the season it was also in my opinion
their best-played game of the season. They clearly outplayed NU and the BU
shots just kept on coming. Many of those shots were of high quality.

NU's Mike Viesor was unbeatable. He made many excellent saves thoughout the
game and was VERY impressive. He was somewhat lucky too. BU had two shots
off of the post in the third period. Also, earlier in the game, a BU player
(Prendergast?) was in all alone BEHIND the goalie but couldn't quite get
control of the puck in time to tuck it into the goal.

NU had a crowd of 4,113. It was nice fora change to see so many people in
Matthews Arena, one of my favorites. For the last couple of years they had been averaging under 2000 for games against BU. The fans could have been more
vocal however, since there were many loud "Go BU!" chants thoughout the game.

The rematch at BU tonight should be very exciting. It will be interesting if
Parker goes with Herlofsky (who was back in form last night) or let Noble
have his rumored 1st start. I think that Parker will let Herlofsky try and
get his revenge. BU should be very pumped up tonight since they should have
had the W last night.
