The hosts are
UND - Fargo
ND -  South Bend
UNH - Manchester
Brown - Providence

I think it is safe to say the following:
if there is a #1 seed east of ohio, it will be BU.
UND will be a #1 seed and be placed in fargo
UNH has to win hockey east to be in the tournament
neither notre dame nor brown will make the tournament
michigan tech and msu mankato are both over 500 miles from south bend
it is likely 3 number 1 seeds will have to fly to their regionals
