Observations from a visitor...
 
1.  two years ago, you could get sausages at mathews, but not saturday
    night
 
2.  the balcony was open (I understand that is unusual)
 
3.  the walk from the sheraton to and from was COLD and windy
 
4.  The PA announced one referee as Gallagher, but that referee wore
    the name Fitzgerald. (Whoever he was, he either had a bad night
    or is a bad referee)
 
5.  It was a good, well played, hockey game.  Important points were
    A) BC's kill of a 5-3 power play for 1:40 (NE tried to get too
       cute and would miss the last pass across the crease)
    B) BC's goal late in the 1st was a big lift after they had bee
       somewhat outplayed
    C) BC's 3rd goal (it was a soft one IMHO) to go up by 2 seemed to
       take the heart out of the huskies.
