Four biomedical engineering students presented their work at the
Biomedical Engineering Society 2010 Annual Meeting this month in Austin,
Texas. Jessica Forrest and Michael VanWagner presented a poster, "Nitric
Oxide Releasing Polymers as Bone Metabolism Support in Tissue
Engineering Scaffolds," Kylin (Nixon) Hoehn presented a poster, "Toward
Understanding Nitric Oxide Release in Lymphatic Endothelial Cells" and
Eli Vlaisavljevich was selected for a podium presentation,
"Magnetoelastic Materials as Novel Bioactive Coatings for Control of
Cell Adhesion."
