Just an idea, but I would think that if several of those wealthy,
"influential" alumni were interested in a hockey team at Columbia, the
school's administration might have a change of heart.  Of course the
other factors would have to be cleared up first...like TItle IX and
finding an adequate place for a rink.  I'm not too familiar with the
area right around Columbia but I think it wouldn't be impossible to find
a feasible location.  I would love to see it myself...and I think deep
inside Jeffrey would like to see it happen as well.  Brian
