Sweden went into the medal round with as the only team with 4 points from the
first round. Russia, Canada, Finland, Czechs all had two points and the US had
zero points.

Russia helped everyone's cause by beating Sweden in their first game of the medal
round by the score of 4-1. US beat the Czechs 4-3. (Ted Donato of Harvard and
Boston Bruins scored twice. ) Canada is playing Finland this morning and the
score is 0-0 late in the first.
