Thanks, Michelle, we enjoyed getting a look at the great Thompson
library today.  We learn so much visiting libraries and talking to
librarians who are always generous with their time and knowledge.

The Unity Public Library opened in January of this year.   Our origin
story has to do with the closing of the Unity College campus in 2019 and
our area's loss of access to its library.  We are busy building our
patron base through activities and finding new ways to be useful to our
six-town community.  We expect to apply to be part of the Maine System
before the end of the year.

For more about the library: https://unitypubliclibrary.org

We are also on FaceBook and Instagram.

Jean
