ECAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK:
Princeton:  Kathy Issel, JR, F.  (Ann Arboir, MI)
Scored two goals, including one after only 17 seconds in the Tigers
first ever win against PC.  On the week Issel had 5 goals and 7
assists.
 
ECAC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK:
Princeton:  Karen Chernisky, FR, F.  (Maple Heights, OH)
Scored two goals and an assist in the Maidens of Pain fine victory
over the Friars.  On the week Chernisky had 6 goals and 5 assists.
 
ECAC NEWS:
Michele Selzer recorded a hat trick and added an assist in St.
Larwence's 6-4 league win over Dartmouth.    Big Green now is just
looking to make the playoffs.    PC goalie Gina Martiniello stopped
26 shots and her 2nd shutout in a 5-0 league win over Brown.
Cornell won its 1st match of the season when they scored 4 unanswered
goals to win 5-3 over Yale.    Andy Schmalz had the hat trick for
Big Red.

Christy Picard made 34 saves, including 8 in the final 2 minutes, as
Middlebury beat BC 4-3.  Polar Bear Nan Gorton scored all 4 goals, for
her 5th hat trick of the season in a 4-3 win over RPI.  Michel Phaneuf
scored her 2nd hat trick of the year as Bowdoin beat Maine 6-3.
