I think I've found another player who belongs on this list...I believe Tony
Esposito won a title with MTU in the 60s, then was a member of the Montreal
Canadiens in 1968-69 before going to Chicago.  Montreal won the Cup in
68-69, and Tony O played in 13 games that season.  I'm just not sure if he's
on the Cup or not (I guess that's the best way to determine if a player
should be considered a member of a Cup winning team).
