Though it didn't specify it in the email, I assume that this is also the end of single tier pricing.  Long time attendees will be able to get good seats, but I bet will pay a lot more for them.

I also received the email. I believe that this is in response to the survey the NCAA did last 
year. I recall making the comment that seat selection was very important to me, but I didn't 
think to mention that having to order tickets a year in advance was too far in advance. I can 
only hope that they also start offering discounts for those who order every year (it was one of 
the survey responses).
