St. Lawrence and Cornell skated to a 1-1.  The game seemed pretty chippy.  In the first period there were no penalties but 2 SLU players left with injuries.  Kyle Flanagan took a knee to knee hit .  He did not return and is expected to be out for a couple of weeks.  Alex Curran missed some shifts while he had cuts to his face attended to.  

The second period was especially chippy and at least 1 5 minute penalty was assessed.   SLU had an extended 5 on 3 but couldn't score.

The third period didn't seem to have many whistles so it was non-stop action.
