Nope -- the closest was last year, when only one #1 seed (Wisconsin) made
the Frozen Four.

It only happened once in the 12-team format -- 1998, when neither of the
two #1's made it, and only one #2 (Boston College) advanced to the Frozen
Four. Three teams that had the bye lost that year -- the only time in the
12-team format that that happened.
