I wrote to them several months back and they told me the same thing.

However, Comcast has been promoting their HDTV service very heavily for the
last few months. They recently added two networks - INHD and INHD2 - that
have a relationship with CSTV in that they will pick up some of their
sports programming in HDTV.  They do mention their plans to cover college
hockey in their press release that describes their programming:

If that is the case, then subscribing to your local cable company's HDTV
service (provided you have an HDTV ready set, of course) might be a way of
seeing some of these games. It will be interesting to see how this develops.
