Don't bet on it.  They are currently operating under an exception granted by
D 3.  All this seems like is that they are withdrawing the exception.  USCHO
has, for the most part, an excellent thread on the topic.  A number of
posters have listed the appropriate NCAA D3 links.  It is quite
illuminating, especially the survey results.

PS Other schools of interest affected are Johns Hopkins and Hobart in men's
lacrosse.  Put those two schools in D3 and it could be like Mt. Union in D3
football.

It's likely that those schools would be grandfathered into the legislation.
