This is undeniably true. The NC$$ would schedule the hockey finals in the Rose Bowl if they could be guaranteed selling 102,000 tickets every year.  It's interesting intellectual conversation during an off season to discuss where we think
they "should" hold the tournament. But if you want to know how they really pick the sites, that great hockey philosopher, Tom Cruise had it right when he said:  "Follow the Money!!!!"
