I've just confirmed with the Pepsi Arena that credit cards will NOT
be charged unless you are selected to receive tickets for the 2001
Frozen Four.
 
I'm still awaiting a phone call to verify WHEN they'll be charged IF
you are selected to receive tickets.  But that first bit is
definitely good news - they won't be playing the "charge then refund"
game.
