It's great to have a rulebook online.  Unfortunately, that's last year's
rulebook.
 
The quoted rule has not changed in the NCAA 2000 rulebook. If you
score in OT you win; 1 5-min OT except tournaments can (sometimes)
play 20-min OT until a goal is scored.  But added this year, is new
language to allow a shootout in regular-season tournament play, under
some circumstances.
