Granted the post was inappropriate.  So the post should have been removed.  Maybe
each post should be filtered before posting.  Granted the list will lose its
immediacy, but it'll have the content that the administator wants.  Discussion
doesn't have to be immediate anyhow.
 
I too agree with randy.  Take me off the list if it is going to be an
administrative overlord.
