Re-read Geoff Howell's post from a few days ago in which Geoff pointed out
that the only angle from which one could clearly tell that Lacouture hit
Chris Masters with an illegal elbow was the angle from deep in the corner
where no officials happened to be located.
 
To hold Cole responsible for not having been fortunate to have been in the
one spot on the ice surface that would have allowed him to see the hit
clearly, is quite unfair.
