Well, that depends on who "your" team is.

While it is certainly true that almost all of the Gopher games are aired
on MSC (with the exception of games at MTU and UAA), there have been many
other college hockey broadcasts, especially since Prime left the Twin
Cities area.

MSC picks up the student broadcasts of all home St. Cloud games (or
nearly all, I suppose -- there might be some exceptions) and regularly
picks up Prime's Game of The Week as well as some of the NESN feeds (the
aired the Maine at Merrimack game awhile back).

They are more than willing to show the odd games in the WCHA Final Five
this last weekend (the games that don't involve Minnesota), as well as
all the games of the College Hockey Showcase and the Mariucci Classic,
regardless of whether Minnesota is playing or not.

Also, the ECAC championship game is being carried live this weekend on
MSC. And more than once I have seen the Jeff Sauer show about the Badger
hockey team on.

It seems to me that MSC is making a concerted effort to become more of a
college hockey station than a Minnesota college hockey station.

Obviously I can't say exactly what MSC will do or show next year. I'm not
sure anyone can. But they have plenty of feeds to choose from, including
some Prime feeds of Denver games.

In fact, I think there may be more college hockey involving the most
variety of teams on MSC than on any other station in the country.
