From what I heard during the broadcast on the radio, Kvalevog made a couple
of big saves during the overtime period. One segment that comes to mind
(please correct me if I have this wrong) is when, about halfway into OT, the
Sioux had a 4 on 2 break, Daubenspeck made the save and turned the play the
other way, where the Badgers had a 3 on 1 break. I heard that Toby made a
huge save here. Then, the play went back the other way, and Dauber made
another save (he ended up with 54 on the night).

I guess it's possible to fault Kvalevog for the last goal, assuming that it
just went in off his glove, but you also have to look at defensive help
before you outright blame a loss on the goalie. This is something Bucky
obviously lacks. This is three games in a row that Wisconsin's opponent has
outplayed them the whole game, but the Badgers have found a way to win.

Let's face it, if Daubenspeck doesn't stand on his head (again, and again,
and again...), the Badgers don't go anywhere.
