BGSU AD Jack Gregory is going to try to hire a new coach ASAP,
before a new AD is hired. He is attempting to get some waiver so
that the search process can be sped up. IMHO, this means that
Wayne Wilson, the only coach left and currently in charge, as well
as Buddy Powers, the leading "outsider", are the only people with
a decent shot. I heard something about Gregory going out and
getting applicants, instead of waiting for them to flood in, to
speed up the process. Players that were interviewed both seemed very
happy with the possibility of either Wayno or Buddy. One letter
to the editor ended, "We need you, Buddy".
