Rule 6-6.b.  A major or minor penalty, at the discreton of the referee,
shall be imposed on a player who charges or otherwise fous a goalkeeper
while the goalkeeper is within his GOAL CREASE. Exception: waving arms
in front of goalkeeper-minor.
 
c. A minor penalty shall be imposed on a player who body-checks a
goaltender in his PRIVILEGED AREA.
