I have seen COLLEGE HOCKEY JOURNAL and Drop The Puck's WEEKLY UPDATE. IMHO,
College Hockey Journal is a much better deal. Although there is a lot of
overlap, overall I think there is quite a bit more info in CHJ. Beyond
that, it's less expensive ($29/26 issues of CHJ versus $40/23 issues of
DTP).
FYI...I don't have any vested interest in either, so I believe the above to
be an unbiased opinion. Since I'm on Hockey-L (as is everyone reading this
message), I actually prefer COLLEGE HOCKEY MAGAZINE. It isn't published
weekly, nor is it full of stats, schedules and results, but most of that
information is available on Hockey-L. What CHM adds are some interesting
features, some reporting on non-Division I activities, and it's a full color
glossy publication (not newsprint like the other two).
Just my thoughts.
