CC sweeps the Gophers 4-2. The Tigers played most of the last period on power
kill it seemed, but anyways the Gophers could not score to save their lives.
One player ejected for the Gophers and on injured. I think Neilsen was ejected.
The Tigers scored first and then the game was tied at 1 until the second but
then a goal put the Tigers up 2-1 and later in the second went up 3-1 on a
great slap shot from the blue line by Kent Fearns. A bunch of penalties
fairly evenly spread out, but you always fight the refs when you play Minnesota
it seems, but over all not a bad job.
 
Anyways a good start for the Tigers as Ryan Bach looks great in goal, Moen
started this game for the Gophers.
