I hope you're not thrusting your fist in the air for each "Hail."
 
A couple of suggestions.
 
--Learn the tune to "Raise the steins for dear old Maine."  It's catchy and
not so recogizable.
 
--Have small kids.  As silly as you feel humming "Hail to the Victors", it's
far worse to get caught humming the theme from "Barney," (unless your boss
is from MSU or Ohio State), so you learn to suppress your humming desires.
