I don't know about the "by far" part... I think Binghamton (then
SUNY-Binghamton) is very much in the running for the all-time
"worst" title.
 
And no, this doesn't count as "Binghamton-bashing", since:
1.  I'm a registered student there (and have been for 15 years!*);
2. One of their former goaltenders (Lou Pica) is a co-worker and friend.
