It would be possible to have a non American on an Army team- if- he was one of
about 100 foreign cadets attending West Point. Since there are students from
the Czech Republic & Slovakia it is possible. There are no Canadians to my
knowledge (they have their own school- RMC/CMR). There are a few dual
nationals- Brody Howatt (son of NHLer Garry) was born in the USA of Canadian
parents and has dual citizenship unless his active duty status in the USArmy
voids his Canadian citizenship. Any foreign hometown could simply be that the
parents are living out of the US.
