Yes, Miane's administration *may* or *will* decline invitation to the 12 team
tournament...but since they will be declining the invitation AFTER the fact,
won't the selection committee HAVE TO stick them in, wherever they normally
would have been seeded?  Shouldn't they have to release 2 brackets, the first,
with Maine in it, and the second, after Maine OFFICIALLY declines the invite?
It will be interesting to see if they "redeal" or just stick a replacement in.
