Tony,
I was at that game in Lake Placid in 1984 when BG beat Minnesota (anyone
remember Jim Archibald?) and, indeed, the OT's were 10 minutes long.  It was a
warm spring day and both teams were close to exhaustion after regulation.  They
played all of the OT's with only 2 or 3 minutes rest in between.  It was the
greatest game I have ever seen next to Harvard's OT win in St. Paul in 1989.
