I'm not sure about the final shots on goal, but I noted between periods
when the announcment was made, that RPI outshot Colgate everytime.
So, I guess that I'm saying that it IS possible, even though the
score was so lopsided.
 
How is it possible?  Well, Colgate's goalie had a great game and
RPI's Masotta did not.   Most of the Engineer's shots were into
the goalie's chest or were low to the ice where the netminders
stick was solid!  RPI just couldn't get the puck off the ice that
night.  Masotta looked shakey early on and was giving a lot on his
stick side and five-hole.  He also has a tendency to give room
between the pads and the posts.  Fortunately on Saturday he was
MUCH more solid in ALL aspects of his game.
